Welcome to DevionPro. These terms establish the agreement between you and DevionPro with respect to services, digital products, and goods offered via devionpro.digital.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with DevionPro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

2. Services

DevionPro provides custom software development, consulting, and support services. Scope, timelines, and fees are defined in individual statements of work.

3. Information Products

Digital products such as e-books, online courses, and templates are delivered electronically upon purchase.

4. Goods

Physical items sold through devionpro.digital are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Title and risk transfer upon delivery.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due as specified in invoices. Payments must be made via methods accepted at devionpro.digital. Late payments may incur suspension of services.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the service start date. Approved requests will be credited via the original payment method or applied to future services at client preference. Unused service hours may be carried over to another DevionPro engagement if scheduled within six months of cancellation. Once custom deliverables are submitted or milestones are completed, no refund is possible due to the bespoke nature of work.

6.2 Information Products

Requests for refunds on digital items must be made within 7 days of purchase. Upon approval, funds will be credited via the original payment method. Access revocation may occur after issuance of a credit. No credits are available after the 7-day period due to immediate delivery.

6.3 Goods

Physical products may be exchanged or credited within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and sent back in original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, credits will be applied via the original payment method. Shipping costs are covered by DevionPro only when the product is defective or not as described.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines for services, digital items, and physical goods are specified in individual agreements or product descriptions.

8. Changes to Terms

DevionPro may modify these terms at any time. Revised terms become effective upon posting at devionpro.digital. Continued use indicates acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

DevionPro’s liability is limited to the amounts paid under the applicable order. DevionPro is not liable for indirect or special damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
